GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ADVISORS

PERSONAL LIFE

For me, Indiana isn't just where I work—it's home.  I have a deep appreciation for the community that helped shape who I am today, and that's why I chose to build a business centered on helping individuals and families work toward a more secure financial future.  Southern Indiana made me.  It's where I grew up, where my wife and I are raising our children, and where I chose to build a life.

Above all, I understand the value of family.  As a husband and father of three, I know firsthand how busy life can get and how important the little moments outside of work are.  The majority of my free time is spent cheering on my kids from the sidelines, whether it's watching cross country meets, supporting my boys on the baseball diamond or basketball court, or attending my daughter's soccer games and dance performances.  We're always up to something!  With three active children, there's rarely a dull moment in the Ellermann household, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

In the little free time I do have when I'm not working, spending time with family, coaching, or volunteering, I enjoy working outdoors and taking on home improvement projects.

I have over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, but the past 11 years, since the birth of my first child, have dramatically shaped my perspective on financial planning.  I recognize that behind every financial decision is something personal—whether it's a family to provide for, a dream to pursue, or a future to protect.  I believe that understanding what matters most to each client is the foundation of a lasting relationship.

COMMUNITY INVOVLEMENT

Giving back has always been important to me. I believe that a strong community is built by people who are willing to invest their time, lend a helping hand, and support those around them. Whether it's serving on local boards, volunteering with charitable organizations, or coaching youth sports, I've been fortunate to work alongside some incredible people who share that same commitment. These experiences have allowed me to build meaningful relationships, support worthwhile causes, and hopefully make a lasting difference in the lives of others. I'm proud to be involved with the following organizations and grateful for the opportunity to serve.
